1. Store items: 7 days. We warrant store items against manufacturing defects for 7 days from delivery.
2. What is not covered. No warranty applies to:
- misuse or abuse;
- wrong voltage or wrong connection;
- soldering, modification or repair by anyone else;
- static discharge damage;
- consumables such as nozzles, blades, belts and filament.
3. Manufacturer warranty. Where the maker gives its own warranty, it passes through to you. We will help you start the claim. The maker decides it.
4. How to claim. Message us on WhatsApp or email with your order reference, photos or video, and a short description. Do this within the 7 days.
5. Inspection. We inspect the item at our studio. We decide whether it is a manufacturing defect. If it is, we repair, replace or refund it. We choose which.
6. Custom-manufactured parts. If the part does not match the approved file or quote, we remake it or refund it. Dimensional tolerance is as stated in the quote. We are not liable for the design itself. If you approved the file, the design is your responsibility.
7. CAD drawings. One round of minor changes is included only if the quote says so. Files are delivered after payment. You own the final files. We may show non-confidential work in our portfolio unless you tell us in writing not to.
8. Limit. Our liability under this warranty is limited to the amount you paid for the affected item or service.
9. Your legal rights. This warranty does not remove rights you have under Qatari consumer law.
