How a partnership works

   Agree the scope in writing

   We write down what we supply, what you do and what it costs, before anything starts.

3. Step 3

   Pilot with one class

   We start with a single class, so everyone can see how it works.

4. Step 4

   Review together

   We look at what worked and what did not, then decide together whether to widen it.
