1. Acceptance. By using gestaltung360.com or placing an order, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.
2. Who may order. You must be 18 or older. Children under 18 may not order.
3. What we offer. (a) An online store for electronics, sensors, motors, 3D-printing supplies and hardware. (b) Custom manufacturing from your files (3D printing, CNC, laser cutting, EDM) through partner workshops. (c) A paid CAD drawing service with fixed tiers, delivered as STEP or IGES. (d) A free "Turn an idea into a product" planning tool.
4. Orders. An order is binding once we confirm it on WhatsApp. Until then it is a request only.
5. Prices and taxes. Prices are in QAR. Qatar currently has no VAT. Taxes, if any, are shown at checkout.
6. Cancellation by us. We may cancel and refund an order if a supplier price or stock changes. Obvious pricing errors are not binding. We will refund anything you paid.
7. Payment. Cash on delivery, Fawran (alias type CR, alias 236988) or bank transfer (QIIB). Bank details are sent by email only.
8. Delivery, returns and warranty. These are governed by the Delivery and Returns Policy and the Warranty Policy. They are part of these terms.
9. Custom manufacturing. You are responsible for the file you send and the quote you approve. We check what we can, but we do not certify designs. Tolerance is as quoted. Your uploaded files remain your property. We use them only to fulfil your job.
10. CAD drawings. Files are delivered after payment. You own the final files. We may show non-confidential work in our portfolio unless you tell us not to.
11. The planning tool and AI. The tool uses Google Gemini for text and Groq Whisper for voice. Results are provided "as is". They are guidance, not engineering certification. You must check any circuit or design before you build or order it. We are not responsible for loss or injury from using the output without checking.
12. Projects and accounts. Guest projects are stored in your browser. Clearing your browser can delete them. Projects saved to an account are stored by us.
13. Credits. You may earn credits from orders. Credits have no cash value. They are non-transferable. They expire after 30 days, including the QAR 20 redemption. We may withdraw credits at any time, especially in case of abuse.
14. Acceptable use. Do not upload unlawful content, malware or files you have no right to use. Do not misuse the AI tool or try to break the site. We may suspend access.
15. Limitation of liability. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned. We are not liable for indirect loss, lost profit or lost data. This does not limit liability that Qatari law does not allow us to limit.
16. Changes. We may change these terms. We will post notice on the site. Continued use means you accept the change. Orders already confirmed keep the terms that applied when we confirmed them.
17. Governing law. The law of the State of Qatar applies. The courts of Doha have jurisdiction.
18. Language. If the English and Arabic versions differ, the Arabic version prevails for Qatari consumers.
