1. Who we are. Gestaltung for Trading and Services W.L.L (C.R. 236988), Rafal Tower, Lusail, Qatar. "We" and "us" mean this company.
2. Delivery area. We deliver within Qatar only. We do not ship abroad.
3. Delivery dates are estimates. Many items are sourced to order. The date on the product page is an estimate and includes supplier lead time. Some items show "date to be confirmed". We confirm the date after you order.
4. Date changes. If a date changes, we email you before the original date. A changed date is not a reason to cancel an order that has already been sourced for you.
5. Payment. We accept cash on delivery, Fawran (alias type CR, alias 236988) and bank transfer to QIIB. Bank details are sent by email only. We never publish them on the site and never send them by WhatsApp. All prices are in QAR.
6. Cash on delivery. Check the parcel at the door before you pay. If it is visibly damaged or wrong, tell the courier and message us on WhatsApp the same day. After you accept and pay, visible damage claims are not accepted.
7. Failed delivery. We try twice. If both attempts fail, the item returns to us. Re-delivery is charged. We may cancel the order and keep the delivery cost.
8. Risk. Risk of loss passes to you when the parcel is handed over at the delivery address.
9. Returns window. We accept returns only within 2 days (48 hours) of delivery. Late requests are refused.
10. Return conditions. The item must be unopened, unused and in its original packaging. Include the order reference. Contact us on WhatsApp or email first. Returns sent without our approval are not accepted.
11. Return delivery. You pay for return delivery. We refund the delivery cost only if the item was wrong or defective on arrival.
12. How we refund. The default refund is store credit. We pay a cash refund only if the item was wrong or defective on arrival, as confirmed by us after inspection.
13. Items that cannot be returned.
- Custom-made or manufactured parts.
- CAD drawings.
- Cut-to-length wire and filament.
- Opened electronics, ICs and sensors.
- Sale items.
- Sourced-to-order items, unless defective.
14. Dead on arrival. Report it within 48 hours of delivery. Send clear photos or a video showing the fault and the packaging. We inspect the item at our studio. We decide whether it is defective. If it is, we replace it or refund it in cash.
15. Cancellations. Once we confirm your order on WhatsApp, it is binding. We may cancel and refund if a supplier price or stock changes. See the Terms of Service.
16. Your legal rights. Nothing here removes rights you have under Qatari consumer law.
